When you key the mic on a radio that is at a 4 watt dead key and you have the Hard 4 Pill High Drive turned on and the box sounds like you are keying and un keying, what do that mean? Is that the relays going out?

Connex 4600 Turbo, #4 gauge wire running directly to battery. Box was working fine when I took it out of the truck, put it back in and it sounds to be keying and unkeying........

The 4600 has more than a 4 watt deadkey even on low power. If your 4600 has 4 watts of dead key then it needs to be retuned 4 proper output setings. Check your power connections and ive seen in some cases the jumper legnth can cause this also.
